Accessibility Statement

This statement applies to www.itnextgen.co.uk

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We are always working to make our website as accessible and usable as possible. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We have also tried to make the website text easy to understand.

How accessible this website is

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • Most older PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software – you can contact us to ask for alternative formats
  • Our contact forms may not provide sufficient error messaging for screen readers
  • Some technical documentation and case study materials may contain complex tables that are difficult to navigate with assistive technology

Technical information about this website’s accessibility

ITNextGen Limited is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • Some images may not have appropriate alternative text descriptions
  • Some videos may lack captions or audio descriptions
  • Some PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen readers
  • Some form error messages may not be sufficiently descriptive for screen reader users
  • Some complex data tables may not have appropriate headers for navigation

We plan to address these issues by March 2026.

Disproportionate burden

We have determined that fixing some accessibility issues would be a disproportionate burden on ITNextGen Limited. This includes:

  • Making all legacy PDF documents fully accessible (over 500 historical documents dating back to 2015)
  • Adding captions to all historical video content (over 100 hours of legacy training materials)

We will continue to monitor these areas and make improvements where practical.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

  • Third-party content embedded from external platforms (YouTube videos, LinkedIn feeds, Microsoft documentation)
  • Live video streaming content
  • Content in external PDFs or documents that we link to but do not host

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are committed to continually improving the accessibility of our website. Our current improvement plan includes:

  • Ongoing audits: Regular accessibility reviews using both automated tools and manual testing
  • Staff training: Training our content creators on accessibility best practices
  • User testing: Working with users who have access needs to test and improve our website
  • Alternative formats: Providing information in alternative formats upon request
  • Technology updates: Implementing accessibility improvements as part of our regular website updates
